What is the Student Accreditation Pool?
The Student Accreditation Pool is the nationwide student representation in the field of accreditation in Germany. It appoints students as reviewers who assess the quality of study programmes as part of accreditation procedures.
What is accreditation?
Every study programme in Germany must undergo regular review, typically every eight years. During this process, external reviewers — including students — evaluate the programme based on documentation and on-site discussions. The goal is to identify the strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement within the programme.
