Absichtserklärung / Declaration of intent

Gemäß dem Hochschulstatistikgesetz vom 2. November 1990 (BGBl. I S. 2414), das durch Artikel 3 des Gesetzes vom 7. Dezember 2016 (BGBl. I S. 2826) geändert worden ist, ist die TU Bergakademie Freiberg verpflichtet, jährlich statistische Zahlen zu ihren Promovierenden an das Statistische Landesamt Kamenz zu liefern. Aus diesem Grund sind Sie verpflichtet, das folgende Datenerfassungsblatt als Anlage der Absichtserklärung vollständig auszufüllen. Das Formular „Absichtserklärung“ selbst können Sie nach Ausfüllen, Druck und Absenden dieser Online-Registrierung herunterladen. Dazu öffnet sich nach Absenden des Online-Formulars eine neue Seite.

According to the Hochschulstatistikgesetz (University Statistics Law) from 2 November 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p 2414), which has been amended by Article 3 of the Law from 7 December 2016 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 2826), the TU Bergakademie Freiberg is obliged to deliver annual statistics about their doctoral students to the Kamenz Statistical Office. For this reason, you are obliged to complete the following data sheet as an annex to the “Declaration of Intent”. The form „Declaration of Intent“ you can download after completing, printing and sending the following online form of this registration. For this purpose, a new page is to open afterwards.
