DESCRIPTION:Content description\nThe promotion of equal opportunities and n
 on-discrimination as well as equality between men and women are goals that
  the university pursues and which represent a cross-cutting objective of t
 he European Social Fund. In the workshop on gender equality knowledge\, th
 e topics of gender and career in the academic system\, legal foundations\,
  compatibility of family and academic development as well as approaches to
  solving existing challenges will be dealt with in a varied manner and wit
 h the involvement of the participants. The workshop will be methodically d
 iverse and will include contributions from the trainers and inputs from sc
 ientists on current studies as well as discussions and reflections from th
 e participants. The workshop will conclude with short presentations by the
  participants\, which will be developed in a self-study phase.\nDates\n\nO
