Buddy programme
In the Buddy Programme, experienced TUBAF students help new international students. These volunteers can assist as follows (examples follow, there is no claim that the volunteers will fulfil these mentioned tasks):
- Before arrival: finding suitable accommodation, answering important questions about life, cost of living, etc.
- After arrival in Freiberg: Picking you up at the train station and accompanying you to your accommodation, showing you around the city and the campus, accompanying you to the authorities as a language mediator
