Changeover Unixmail (Horde)

Wir haben das Unixmail-System umgestellt. Seit heute ist Horde Webmail wieder aus öffentlichen Netzen sowie aus dem eduroam-WLAN erreichbar.

When calling webmail5.hrz.tu-freiberg.de you will be redirected to the Shibboleth login. The login is done via the newly set passwords.

Note: Please be aware of possible browser cache effects when visiting the webmail website. A browser restart beforehand should help.

If you are using e-mails on your notebook or smartphone again with Thunderbirds or similar. IMAPs clients to retrieve your e-mails again, please note that you must first generate a device-specific e-mail password for this on the self-service portal service.tu-freiberg.de. You must enter this password in the configuration for both imaps access and smtp-ssl access, otherwise the configuration can remain the same.
