Webmail Exchange: Integrate mailbox

Prerequisite: You have permission to access an institutional mailbox.

Such a mailbox allows multiple users to manage a specific email address. This mailbox can be included as a separate mailbox in Webmail Exchange. To do this, log in with your new password.

Step 1

Right-click your name in the navigation pane on the left.

Step 2

Click on “Add shared folders” in the context menu.

Step 3

Enter the name or e-mail address of the shared mailbox in the input mask. Confirm by clicking on “Add”.

Step 4

The shared mailbox now appears on the left in the navigation area.
