Travel to Freiberg
For guests arriving by plane, we recommend the Dresden or Leipzig/Halle airports. Following their arrival, Freiberg can be reached within 1 ½ hours from Dresden or 2 ½ hours from Leipzig/Halle by Deutsche Bahn.
The TU Bergakademie offers participants of the BHT – FREIBERGER UNIVERSITÄTSFORUM an event ticket for arrival and departure in cooperation with Deutsche Bahn. In cooperation with the tourism team of the city of Freiberg, we have reserved hotel contingents for guests until 01.05.2024. If you would like to make use of this, please fill out the booking form and send it to Ms. Jasmin Faust (). After the reservation date (01.05.2024) you can also write your reservation request to Ms. Jasmin Faust and indicate that you are arriving for the BHT-FREIBERGER UNIVERSITÄTSFORUM. However, later booking requests cannot be guaranteed.
