The registration for the GADEST 2024 is open.
In the table below you can find the conference fees.

| Participant | Regular (until 17 August 2024) | 950 € |
| Accompanying Person | Early Bird (until 27 July 2024) | 350 € |
| Accompanying Person | Regular (until 17 August 2024) | 450 € |
In the registration process one can choose between “Participant” and “Accompanying Person” at the top of the second page.
Please note, that you should choose “I am a business client” on the first page of the registration process, if you register with a company or university address. Please also have you VAT number ready for this. You should only choose the option “I am a private person” if you register with a private address and do not want or need reimbursement from your company or institution lateron.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations have to be sent to in text format. The following cancellation fees apply:
| until 28 July 2024 | 10% of invoice sum |
| until 17 August 2024 | 30% of invoice sum |
| until 08 September 2024 | 80% of invoice sum |
| after 08 September 2024 | no refund will be given |
