Internationales Gartenfest/INTERNATIONAL GARDEN FESTIVAL

Der Arbeitskreis „Eine Welt und Integration“ des Vereins Freiberger Agenda 21 e.V. lädt euch herzlich zu einem Fest der Kulturen unter dem Motto „INTERNATIONALES GARTENFEST“ ein. Das Fest der Kulturen ist die größte interkulturelle Veranstaltung in Freiberg. Das Fest bringt Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner des Landkreises Mittelsachsen, die zum großen Teil aus unterschiedlichen Kulturkreisen stammen, zusammen. Nach zwei Jahren Pause laden Freiberger Bürgerinnen und Bürger mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund wieder zu einem Fest der Kulturen ein. Da sind sie also wieder: Die unterschiedlichen Sprachen

, Gesänge

und Tänze

, der verführerische Duft der Speisen und die entspannte Ausgelassenheit. Internationale Kultur- und Essensbeiträge werden erstmals unter freiem Himmel präsentiert! Bereits zum 20. Mal organisiert der Arbeitskreis „Eine Welt und Integration“ zusammen mit vielen Freiwilligen diese interkulturelle Veranstaltung.

In den vergangenen Jahren hat sich dieses Festival als feste Größe etabliert. Hier treffen sich Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern und genießen mit ihren Familien einen entspannten Nachmittag. Das Fest gestalten sie selbst: Mit landestypischer Live-Musik und Gesang, Tanz sowie Kulinarischem aus verschiedenen Ländern.

The working group „One World and Integration“ of the association Freiberger Agenda 21 e.V. cordially invites you to a festival of cultures under the motto „INTERNATIONAL GARDEN FESTIVAL“. The Festival of Cultures is the largest intercultural event in Freiberg. The festival brings together residents of the district of Mittelsachsen, most of whom come from different cultural backgrounds. After a two-year break, citizens of Freiberg with and without a migration background are once again inviting people to a festival of cultures. So here they are again: the different languages

, songs

and dances

, the tempting smell of the food and the relaxed exuberance. International cultural and food contributions are presented for the first time in the open air! Already for the 20th time, the working group „One World and Integration“ organises this intercultural event together with many volunteers.

In the past years, this festival has established itself as a permanent fixture. People from different countries meet here and enjoy a relaxed afternoon with their families. They organise the festival themselves: With typical live music and singing, dancing and culinary delights from different countries.

Where? On the grounds of the Sozialverband VdK Sachsen e.V. (Schillerstraße 3).

When? Saturday, 14 May from 15.00 hrs.

Would you like to teach German high school students, grade 8, about your
culture?
Would you like to practise your German on a real, practical task?

In the project „International Students in Schools“ you tell about yourself, your
home country and its culture.
