We know applications in Germany can feel overwhelming — especially when you’re navigating cultural differences, document standards, and expectations. That’s why we’ve designed a modern, student-centered process that puts you in control — while still offering expert support when you need it.
STEP 1 – Learn at your own pace
First, read the presentation about application processes in Germany. It covers close to everything you need to know about CVs, motivation letters, German application culture and common pitfalls. It also gives you guidance how to get started with your CV and how to evaluate the quality of your cover / motivation letter.

STEP 2 – Revise your documents
Apply what you’ve learned to improve your own materials. Update your CV, rewrite your cover letter, and prepare your documents — with clear guidance, examples to follow and tools to apply.
STEP 3 – Submit for feedback
STEP 4 – Manuel checks documents
Manuel will review your documents, create a checklist of your errors, and send it back to you for corrections.
STEP 5 – Revise your documents a second time
Read the checklist that Manuel sent to you (the checklist tells you which slides should help you), and update your documents again.
STEP 6 – Make an appointment if still necessary
If you have more questions that were not covered in the presentation or by Manuel’s feedback, book an appointment with him.
