This workshop is mainly about democracy, tolerance, and communication. Through discussions, reflections, schemes and team work tasks the participants will reflect on the meaning and the process of democratic decision making. The guiding questions will be: How can we implement democracy in our lives and how can we extend our limit of tolerance?
