Friends and supporters of the IAM – our strong bond with the industry!
The association of friends and supporters of the IAM was founded in 2006 by member companies of the Mechanical Engineering Industry Association (VDMA) as well as firms from the raw materials industry. Their aim is to support the education of young people at the Institute of Mineral Processing Machines (IAM), e.g. through the supervision of research papers and bachelor, master, diploma, as well as doctoral/PhD theses, the organization of field trips, and assisting graduates with a successful career launch.
