Jedes Jahr im November veranstaltet die GraFA eine feierliche Verabschiedung der Promovierten und Habilitierten der TU Bergakademie Freiberg, die in den zurückliegenden zwei Semestern erfolgreich promoviert wurden oder sich habilitiert haben.

Mit dieser Festveranstaltung bedankt sich die TU Bergakademie Freiberg sowohl bei ihren Promovierten und Habilitierten für deren Leistungen, die sie während der Promotion oder Habilitation in der Forschung und Lehre erbracht haben, als auch bei den Professor/innen, die den Doktoranden und Habilitanden mit fachlichem Rat zur Seite gestanden haben.

Sie haben im Jahrgang 2025/26 promoviert oder habilitiert? Dann erhalten Sie die Einladung zur feierlichen Verabschiedung per Post.

Am Abend findet der Universitätsball statt. Dieser wird durch das Dezernat Universitätskommunikation organisiert. Mehr Informationen dazu hier.

Every year on the first Saturday in November, the GraFA organizes a festive farewell ceremony for the doctoral and postdoctoral graduates of the TU Bergakademie Freiberg who have successfully completed their doctorate or habilitation in the past two semesters.

With this festive event, the TU Bergakademie Freiberg thanks both its doctoral candidates and habilitation candidates for their achievements in research and teaching during their doctorate or research phase, as well as the professors who have supported the doctoral candidates and habilitands with professional advice.

Did you complete your doctoral or postdoctoral studies in 2025/26? If so, you will receive an invitation to the farewell ceremony in the post.
