Content description
As the completion of the doctoral thesis approaches, many questions arise, such as those related to time and project management, writing difficulties, clarification of roles, self-motivation, or deciding on the next career step. These and other challenges of the final phase of the doctoral journey can be discussed in the workshop, depending on what is relevant to the participants. Instead of predefined content, there is room for questions, backgrounds, and individual support. In a structured process, relevant topics are identified, questioned, and addressed as effectively as possible. The other participants and the experienced instructor provide important resources that help participants gain clarity for themselves and make the best use of their strengths. At the end of the day, all participants have worked intensively on their current challenges and have come one step closer to completing their doctoral journey.
