The programme started 2012. Two years later the DFG selected it in a quality-assured process as highly innovative and of high quality for their toolbox “Gender Equality in Research and Academia”.
Trainings, Coachings, Workshops, Challenges and Networking are parts of the programme. You also will meet top women from science, business and politics, set up a student peergroup, and develop your own career strategies.

- Recommendation from your supervisor
- Additionally for students: written declaration from professor to supervise doctoral thesis
