Hier finden Sie den neuen Newsletter der GraFA. Wir informieren Sie über unser Kursprogramm, dass trotz aller Probleme weiterläuft, eine Konferenz für den wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs, die Ausbildung zum Gruppencoach sowie die feierliche Verabschiedung der Promovierten und Habilitierten, die ab diesem Jahr gemeinsam mit der Absolventenverabschiedung stattfindet.
Da der sonst genutzte Kursmanager für die Anmeldungen zu den Kursen nicht verfügbar ist, haben wir eine Möglichkeit der Anmeldung über den GraFA-Blog geschaffen – benutzen Sie den im Newsletter angegebenen Link für die Registrierung für einen oder mehrerer unserer Kurse.
Attached you will find the new GraFA Newsletter. We will inform you about our course programme, which is continuing despite all the problems, a conference for young scientists, training to become a group coach as well as the ceremonial farewell to the doctoral and habilitation graduates, which – from this year on – will take place together with the graduate farewell of students.
Since the course manager normally used is not available for registering for the courses, we have created a way to register via the GraFA blog – use the link provided in the newsletter to register for one or more of our courses.

Für englischsprachige Lehrende unserer Hochschule empfehlen wir das Modul 1 in englischer Sprache.
Module 1 International (in English) – Basic Teaching Qualification in Higher Education – an offer of the Centre for Didactics in Higher Education Saxony (HDS) will be repeated in autumn starting in September 2020. Focus will be lecture techniques, strategies for English as medium of instruction and the particularities of teaching and learning in an international context. The language of instruction will be English and the offer is an equivalent to the regular Module 1 of the HDS certificate programme. All other content and work units of Module 1 International correspond to the regular Module 1 in German language.

Trotz der aktuellen Situation rund um Corona versucht die GraFA, Ihnen auch weiterhin Beratung und Fortbildung anbieten zu können, ohne jemanden dabei gesundheitlich zu gefährden.
Alle Beratungsangebote einschließlich Coachings sind nach wie vor verfügbar, allerdings werden sie virtuell stattfinden. Dazu bitten wir Sie um vorherige Terminvereinbarung mit den jeweiligen Kolleg*innen (per E-Mail oder auch telefonisch möglich). Wir werden die Beratungen und Coachings mittels der virtuellen Meeting-Software GoToMeeting durchführen. Sie erhalten per Mail den Link und können sich über Laptop oder Handy (GoToMeeting App, kostenfrei im App Store erhältlich) einloggen.
Die Kurse und Trainings sind teilweise ebenfalls auf diese Weise umzusetzen. Die GraFA-Programme EMPOWER sowie Erfolgsteam „Junge Frauen an die Spitze“ werden zu den bereits bekanntgegebenen Terminen virtuell fortgesetzt. Für alle anderen Kurse und Workshops haben wir mit unseren Trainern Kontakt aufgenommen und prüfen, ob eine virtuelle Durchführung ganz oder teilweise erfolgen kann. Bitte melden Sie sich daher wie gewohnt zu den Kursen online über https://tu-freiberg.de/grafa/weiterbildung an. Sie erhalten jeweils rechtzeitig eine Nachricht, ob der Kurs virtuell stattfindet oder ob er verschoben werden muss.
Kurse zur Lehrkompetenzentwicklung, die in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hochschuldidaktischen Zentrum Sachsen durchgeführt werden, müssen wir leider verschieben.
Wir hoffen, es gelingt uns gemeinsam, diese besondere Zeit positiv und kreativ zu nutzen. Bleiben Sie alle gesund.

Despite the current situation around Corona, GraFA tries to continue to offer you advice and training without endangering anyone’s health.
All advisory services including coaching are still available, but they will take place virtually. We kindly ask you to make an appointment with the respective colleagues beforehand (by e-mail or by telephone). We will carry out the consultations and coachings using the virtual meeting software GoToMeeting. You will receive the link by e-mail and can log in using your laptop or mobile phone (GoToMeeting App, available free of charge in the App Store).
Some of the courses and training can also be implemented in this way. The GraFA programs EMPOWER and the successful team „Young women at the top“ will continue virtually on the dates already announced. For all other courses and workshops, we have contacted our trainers and are checking whether courses can virtually be carried out in whole or in part. Please register as usual for the courses online at https://tu-freiberg.de/en/grafa/weiterbildung. You will receive a message in time whether the course will take place virtually or whether it has to be postponed.
Unfortunately, we have to postpone courses on the development of teaching skills that are carried out in cooperation with the University Didactic Center Saxony (Hochschuldidaktisches Zentrum Sachsen).
We hope that together we can use this special time positively and creatively. Stay healthy.
