Description
The workshop is aimed at interested parties who are open to questioning their own actions and behaviors in dealing with members of multinational teams. The focus is on raising awareness of how critical situations can be recognized and misunderstandings can be avoided; without knowing all the do’s and don’ts of the other culture.
Suggestions and assistance are to be conveyed, which facilitate the contact for both sides and ensure that one does not communicate „past each other“.
