Content description
The promotion of equal opportunities and non-discrimination as well as equality between men and women are goals that the university pursues and which represent a cross-cutting objective of the European Social Fund. In the workshop on gender equality knowledge, the topics of gender and career in the academic system, legal foundations, compatibility of family and academic development as well as approaches to solving existing challenges will be dealt with in a varied manner and with the involvement of the participants. The workshop will be methodically diverse and will include contributions from the trainers and inputs from scientists on current studies as well as discussions and reflections from the participants. The workshop will conclude with short presentations by the participants, which will be developed in a self-study phase.
